Introduction
MangaTango is provided by Greenwave Future Limited ("we," "our," or "MangaTango"). These Terms of Service apply to the MangaTango mobile app, website, and related services.
Acceptance
By accessing or using MangaTango, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old and legally capable of accepting these terms.
Your account
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Keep your authentication credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
- Notify us through in-app support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, or email support@mangatango.app.
Using the service
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use MangaTango for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, sell, or distribute the service or its content.
- Circumvent security, payment, access, or content-protection systems.
- Interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or access it through unauthorized automated means.
- Use MangaTango to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
Content and intellectual property
MangaTango, including its software, design, graphics, trademarks, and licensed comics, is owned by Greenwave Future Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these terms.
Virtual items and purchases
MangaTango may offer subscriptions, gems, credits, or other virtual items. Virtual items are licensed for use only within the service, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. Prices, availability, and included benefits may change where permitted by law.
Purchases may be processed by an app store or payment provider. Their payment terms may also apply. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at purchase until canceled through the applicable account or payment settings.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the payment provider's rules, and whether digital content or benefits have been delivered or used. You may submit a request through in-app support or email support@mangatango.app with your user ID, transaction details, and a description of the issue. Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights.
Third-party services and advertising
MangaTango may include links, payment services, analytics, or advertisements provided by third parties. We do not control their services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
Feedback and reports
You may report inappropriate or infringing material through in-app support or by emailing support@mangatango.app. We may review reports and remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been violated.
Termination
You may stop using MangaTango at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, or repeatedly infringe the rights of others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, MangaTango is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all content will remain available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Greenwave Future Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or revenue. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded in your place of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. Material updates will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
